The inspiration behind the creation of the microbrewery was always to create a premium product that we would be proud of and would pay homage to the island.

With the perfect “marriage” of entrepreneurship and creativity The Mule’s Brew was “born”! We brew 6 different types of beer all of them based on the traditional recipes and always introducing a twist to make them unique and our own!

 In our pursuit of excellence, we spare no cost to create the best possible final product using local products were possible, water derived from the springs of the island, NO chemicals resulting in a product that we take pride in calling premium local beer!

In our core values there is also the environmental impact aspect, we want to be a GREEN BUSINESS and we have designed our operation in such way were the cooling water is re-used, the malt after the brewing process is donated for animal feed, we use NO single use plastic, and no chemicals whatsoever.

Our future goals are even for our energy consumption to be offset by a solar power plant in order for us to be able to say proudly that we have a NEUTRAL environmental footprint!
